Dr. Kelso, Scholar & CEO of I-DIVE, a U.S. Army Veteran (R), brings a wealth of knowledge with over 35 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Inspector General oversight, and Equal Employment Opportunity compliance. Her expertise extends to organizational development and ADA/Rehabilitation Act accommodations consulting, reflecting her commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces. Earned a Doctorate in Business Administration focused on Quality Systems & Improvement Management, Dr. Kelso has also contributed valuable research on accommodations. Her credentials also include a Master’s degree in Business, Education, and Health Care. She is a Certified Maxwell Executive Leadership & DISC Behavioral and Leadership and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and AI Consultant; her skills are extensive and impactful.
Dr. K is a Scholar/Expert in Reasonable Accommodation compliance. Military, Federal, and Private-sector leadership expertise, published research on ADA practices, and she assists organizations in bridging the gap between compliance and culture.
